Follow-Up Automation

Follow-up automation is the use of software or AI to automatically track conversations, commitments, and tasks that require future follow-up and to send or queue follow-up messages at the appropriate time.

Understanding Follow-Up Automation

Follow-ups fall through the cracks because they require remembering to act at a future point in time — a fundamentally unreliable human behavior, especially when managing dozens of simultaneous threads.
